Abhay Mohan, born in 2008 and based in Bangalore, India, began his racing career in karting, winning the Junior National Karting Championship in 2022. He transitioned to single-seater racing the same year, focusing completely on motorsport by homeschooling under NIOS to balance studies and racing.
In his maiden single-seater season, Abhay dominated the MRF Formula 1600 National Championship, winning 11 out of 12 races and achieving 10 consecutive wins, a remarkable feat for a rookie. He clinched the national title, finishing with 293 points out of 300.
Following a successful F4 debut, Abhay Mohan aims to compete in Formula 4 to continue his rise in single-seater racing. He remains focused on future goals, building on his successful karting and Formula 1600 background with ambitions for higher formula racing series in 2025 and beyond.
